Message From the Chairman

The growth and development of any nation depends on the growth and development of its people. The growth and development of the people depends on the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resources. Every individual has some inborn aptitude which can be called ‘capacity’. Training and practice modifies the capacity into ‘capability’, which is the ability to do different activities in a better way. By imbibing skills the ‘capability’ can be enriched to ‘competency’, which is the skill to do an activity at the appropriate time, in an enhanced way. Thus Human Resources Development is nothing but the promotion of capacity in to competency. So let us work together to promote the capacity of the people into competency to lead a happy life.

Dr.V.Rajasenan Nair
